This Sand and Black Shemagh Head Scarf from MFH protects your head from the sun and keeps sand and dust from your eyes and mouth.

Originally a Middle Eastern headdress worn typically by Arabs, shemaghs (or Keffiyeh) have also been issued to British Army personnel.

Shemaghs are hugely versatile and can be worn as a full head and face wrap, a loose or fitted neck scarf, bandana-style and can also be used as a warm scarf, a towel, a small blanket and to wrap items up in.

Although simple, lightweight and inexpensive, a shemagh is a useful piece of kit that can easily be carried in your pack.
